V (vee) Organic Extra-Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml

An award-winning all rounder, Charisma extra virgin olive oil has a rich flavour and a notably aromatic character. It is cultivated, harvested, pressed and bottled in the stunning sea-facing bay of Mirabello in the Lasithi region of eastern Crete. The olives are harvested when perfectly ripe, cold-extracted on-site within a few hours and carefully stored, all on the same day. This is an oil that retains its nutritional values even at high temperatures but is delicious enough to use as a finishing oil. The Vassilakis family have been producing olive oil since 1865, and are today one of Crete’s top exporters.
